Champ: America's Lake Monster

 Champ: America’s Lake Monster

Champ: America’s Lake Monster is a permanent exhibit at ECHO, Leahy Center for Lake Champlain exploring the science and history behind Champ, a mythical creature that—allegedly—lurks in the depths of Lake Champlain. Owing to the museum’s identity as a science and nature center, America’s Lake Monster places special emphasis on lake conservation, research techniques, and the way locals’ relationship to the Lake Champlain Monster has shifted over time.

As Lead Designer, I developed the visual identity for Champ: America’s Lake Monster, designed many of the exhibit’s graphic components, and provided graphic direction and feedback to contributors. My role spanned the entire project, from initial concept development through production coordination and final installation.
